I am a licensed clinical psychologist in New York and New Jersey, and I provide individual psychotherapy, couples therapy, and family therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in my private practice in NYC and Westchester. I earned my bachelor's degree in psychology at Georgetown University and my master's degree and doctorate at Fordham University. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at Mt. Sinai School of Medicine / Elmhurst Hospital and my post-doctoral fellowship at Pace University's College Counseling Center. I have been practicing for over 12 years and have extensive experience working in college counseling, school, outpatient, day treatment, inpatient, and forensic settings in the NYC area and collaborating with culturally diverse children, adolescents, adults, families, and parents. As an Asian psychologist, I have had an interest working with Asian American clients and other minority groups struggling with acculturation. As a former Program Director at Montefiore Medical Center, I have special expertise working with children and families in a school-based setting and have worked closely with schools to facilitate workshops to students, teachers, and parents on topics such as bullying, mindfulness, stress management, classroom interventions, and parenting skills. I have also provided individual and group supervision to social workers, psychologists, psychiatrists, medical students, residents, and other trainees. I am an adjunct faculty member at the Graduate School of Education at Fordham University.
